Rancang Bangun Sistem Pemesanan Tiket Online Berbasis Web dengan Framework Laravel untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Layanan

Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon is one of the primary cultural and historical tourism destinations in Cirebon City. However, the manual ticketing and management system often causes long queues at the ticket counter, limited access to information, as well as potential errors in transaction recording and report generation. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based online ticketing system to improve operational efficiency and service quality for visitors. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with the Waterfall model. Built upon the Laravel framework, the application utilizes PHP programming language and MySQL database, modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Core features include user registration and login, online ticket reservation, payment via static QRIS with payment proof upload, order history, e-ticket issuance embedded with QR Codes, payment verification, and an on-site QR Code scanning feature for administrators. System testing results using the Black Box Testing method demonstrate that all application functions and features operate as expected. The implementation of this system enables more structured, transparent, and efficient ticketing transaction management while providing convenient and comfortable information access for tourists.
